WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If for some reason you are not happy with your items, please enquire for a return address for a full refund. This only applies to the returns period of the first 14 days from the day of dispatch.

 

To receive the full sum paid, the candles and extras must be intact, unused and undamaged, anything missing or damaged will be deducted from the refund. 

If there is a problem after the returns period, please contact us

PHOTOS MUST BE PROVIDED AND REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AT THE HIVE AND WELL COMPANY'S DISCRETION.

Items excluded from returns:

  • Personalised Items (Unless broken or faulty)

  • Custom orders (Unless broken or faulty)

  • Bulk Orders (Unless broken or faulty)

  • Items which are on sale.

  • Wedding Favour Orders unless faulty cannot be refunded. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

A Voucher can be created and sent out to you. Please contact us to discuss and create an individual payment. This will then be posted out to you or the recipient.

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?

The postage is rated automatically by weight, via Royal Mail and anything over 2kgs is sent via DHL. 

 

2nd Class Signed For:

£4.60: for up to 1kg

£6.70: for over 1kg and up to 2kg

£9.39: for over 2kgs (sent via DHL)

 

EXPRESS: 1st Class Signed for 

 

£5.28: for up to 1kg

£7.07: for over 1kg and up to 2kgs

£9.39: for over 2kgs (sent via DHL)

FREE STANDARD (2ND CLASS SIGNED FOR) POSTAGE IF YOU SPEND OVER £50.
