What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with your candles, please enquire for a return address for a full refund. This only applies to the returns period of the first 14 days from the day of dispatch.
To receive the full sum paid, the candles and extras must be intact, unused and undamaged, anything missing or damaged will be deducted from the refund.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do offer a gift voucher option through a third party site. This will change once Wix offer the service with their website package.
